“Honoring the Light and the Darkness of Winter Solstice”

December 21 will be Winter Solstice, the shortest day and longest night of the year.  Traditionally, it is a time of both foreboding and expectancy, as the longest night leads to the return of the sun.  Some consider this time the seasonal dark night of the soul, a time in which we honor both the light
and the darkness that resides within each of us.   Let us explore and celebrate this special time of year together.
